Powerful "Customer Service" Features Waterflex has been specifically designed to enable fast and complete "customer service". Because of the exclusive screen design and file structure of WaterFlex for Windows™, users are able to quickly answer customer questions or initiate customer services, with only a few keystrokes. Your customers get faster service, and that makes everybody happier.  WaterFlex for Windows™ "tab driven" design makes accessing billing information a snap. Easily view any invoice, the last statement or a customer’s entire transaction history, on screen or in hard copy, should you require a printed copy. If you have a question about a delivery, click the tab and view the next delivery date, the route, truck stop, and the delivery history. If a customer needs a special delivery, just click the icon and create a special delivery ticket/invoice. If the customer has a problem with their equipment, click on the equipment tab, you will find all customer equipment with its history, or if you like click the repair tab to view the customer’s entire service history. If a service call is required, just click the icon and create a work order for that customer. Fast efficient service means a satisfied customer and a more productive labor force.

Flexible Billing Options  Both "Balance Forward" and "Open Item" methods are available by customer. Multiple statement types are also available and can be selected at the customer level. Statement types include, Postcard, Letter, & Open Item. Statement messages are available and can be customized for different customers. WaterFlex has the ability to bill and age on up to 30 different cycles per month, enabling billing any day of the month, and aging from the billing date. Both finance charges or late charges are available and may be customized for each customer. The "Group Billing" option is a great way to handle accounts with multiple service locations but with only one billing address. As for the very important feature of recurring billing for rentals, WaterFlex has it covered with cycled, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual options. Plus, you can provide a rental discount, or offer temporary promotion pricing using the standby feature.

Complete Delivered Product Module Set up your customers for recurring product delivery by day, truck and stop. Assign their delivery frequency on a "cycled" or "monthly" basis. Choose to accommodate holiday deliveries with either the "fixed route" (you move the customer scheduled on a holiday to the day before or after the holiday), or "cycle sliding" (the system automatically moves deliveries falling on holidays to the following day) methods. Choose to give your route drivers any of the following daily delivery information formats; delivery lists, delivery lists with delivery tickets/invoices, delivery tickets/invoices only, or a data file interfaced to Nevada Computer’s handheld computer system called RouteFlex™. Regardless of which format you choose, your driver will have the customer information needed to completely service that account. Other valued attributes of the Delivered Product Module include the truck load projection report and the "truck update" features. "Truck update" tracks all delivery records, lets you know which deliveries were made and which were not and the reasons. The program provides a tool for quick rescheduling of missed deliveries. The "Truck Analysis" reports provide in-depth information about what happened on your routes. This information includes; sales by item, total stops, average time between stops, average miles between stops, missed delivery by type & by customer, truck balancing and more. The Delivered Product module provides the data you need to make your routes the most efficient and your "delivery service" the best it can be.

RouteFlex Handheld System This powerful software program enables automatic data transfer between handheld computers (Palm Pilots) and the WaterFlex for Windows™ program. Give your drivers more information at their fingertips including complete account, delivery and billing information for every customer so they can provide better service to your customers. Eliminate the need for your drivers to calculate or write. Plus RouteFlex automatically interfaces with WaterFlex eliminating the labor of "data entry" of daily route activity and also eliminating any related "data entry" errors.

Service/Repair Module This program supplies tools to organize, manage and analyze your service/repair/installation department. You will have ready access to any customer’s equipment as well as the complete service history for that equipment. You can quickly create "work orders" for your service technicians to take with them to the job. This module includes a simple and quick way to find out if you have any outstanding work orders, and best of all, it provides comprehensive reporting. With this detailed information at hand you can analyze your service department and find out where you are making money and where improvements are needed. Identify which technicians are doing a good job and which ones could use more training or supervision. Wouldn't you like to have this powerful tool to help you manage your service department ?

Report Generation  With the Crystal Reports® option you can search your WaterFlex database and create your own reports in the format you want, whenever you want them.
